What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and packaging. We support small-batch custom kits so new brands can test the market, while mature stock formulations allow lower starting quantities. Tell us your product and we will confirm exact MOQ.
Can I use my own brand and logo?
Yes — private label is our core service. Provide your trademark and brand assets; we handle formulation, filling, packaging design, labeling and regulatory support.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. We can provide samples from mature formulas or develop custom samples for your confirmation. Sample policy and courier costs depend on the project and are discussed per case.
Can you develop a fully custom formula?
Absolutely. Our R&D team develops bespoke formulations based on your efficacy targets, texture, scent, ingredient and market-compliance requirements, alongside 10,000+ ready-made formulas.
What is the lead time?
Lead time varies by product, order volume and packaging. Mature formulas with standard packaging move fastest; custom developments and bespoke packaging take longer. We provide a clear timeline at quotation.
Which certifications and documents do you provide?
Our factory operates under ISO 9001 and GMPC 100,000-class cleanroom standards. For export we support COA, MSDS, INCI/ingredient lists and shipping documents; target-market compliance is confirmed per destination.
Can you help with packaging and design?
Yes. We source bottles, jars, ampoules, vials, boxes and sets, and support label, carton and kit design so you receive a finished, shelf-ready product.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we serve brand customers in multiple countries and support export documentation and coordination with your freight forwarder or ours.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typically a deposit to confirm production with the balance before shipment. Exact terms are agreed per order and discussed before contract.
Will my formula and idea stay confidential?
We respect customer confidentiality and can sign an NDA before sharing detailed formulations or project information.
Which product categories do you specialize in?
We focus on functional/problem-skin skincare, hydro-lifting and freeze-dried actives, and the light-medical-aesthetics professional line, alongside daily personal-care products.
